We aim to get your Silly Dog Designs goodies packed up and on their way as quickly as possible.

UK Standard Delivery – FREE
Standard UK delivery is completely free on all orders. Orders are sent using our standard delivery service and are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days.

UK Express Delivery – £4.99
Need it a little quicker? Express delivery is available at checkout for £4.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are printed, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Please note that personalised and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Where this applies, details will be shown on the individual product page.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays and major sales events.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at sillydogdesigns@hotmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update it.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sillydogdesigns@hotmail.com and we'll help investigate.

International Delivery

At present, the delivery options shown at checkout will determine where we are able to ship. If your country isn't available at checkout, unfortunately we're unable to ship your order there at this time.
