How It All Started
Designed to Make You Smile
Founded in Yorkshire, Silly Dog Designs creates unique gifts designed to make people smile. Every product begins as an original idea, combining humour, sentiment and creativity to produce gifts with real personality. From our bestselling Hold Me Close plushies to colourful homeware and seasonal collections, we're passionate about designing products that stand out, spark conversations and become treasured keepsakes.
We obsess over personality. Every product goes through a "would a real human treasure this?" test before it reaches our store. If it doesn't pass, it goes back to the drawing board — no matter how long it took to design.

Every product begins as an original Silly Dog Designs idea. From the concepts and wording to the finished designs, each collection is carefully created and developed by our small, passionate team in the UK.

All our plushies and soft toys are fully EN71 safety certified. We take the "toys for real humans" thing seriously — especially when those humans are kids.
